It is located on the first floor, with wood roof and approximate size of 50 squares meters. It has bathroom, air conditioning, heating, TV, wardrobe, sofa bed (1.35 x 1.90), bed (1.35 x1.90 viscoelastic mattress) and terrace.

It has very good ventilation, with  large window in the bedroom.
